Why the name YLD Auctions?  Well, YLD is my abbreviation for "Your Loving Daughter".  I started signing all my notes, cards, and letters to my parents with YLD instead of my name when I was in high school just to be funny.  Well, years later, I haven't stopped and my parents (affectionately know as MLP) always know who it's from when they get something signed that way.  As for my name, Rise is pronounced like Lisa but with an "R".  I got my name from an opera singer, Rise Stevens, even though MLP are not opera fans.  As you can imagine, I answer to anything!
